Our Staff

As a business we have always invested in our staff. Over 90% of our staff have completed their apprenticeship with us, which means that we have been able to teach and train them to the high standard that we adhere to. We allow them to carry out a variety of work during their apprenticeship to see what area they enjoy most and what route they would like to continue with after qualifying, and therefore we can offer various disciplines and a variety of type of work.

This process has worked well over the years and enables us to ensure that our work is always of the highest standard and this is reflected in our customer base being repeat work, we do not rely on advertising or social media to gain new opportunities.

After qualifying, we maintain our staff’s competency by ensuring that they keep up to date with all changes to regulations and attend appropriate courses to ensure that they are compliant for the work in hand.
